Red Cross Hosts Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce Hurricane Preparedness Seminar
BOCA RATON, FL (May 28, 2009) — The newly remodeled Count & Countess de Hoernle Service Center of the American Red Cross will host the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce’s 2009 Hurricane Preparedness Seminar on Friday, May 29 beginning at 8:30 a.m. Discussions led by seven local experts will last until 10:00 a.m. and a Question & Answer session will follow from 10 to 10:30 a.m. The free event, located at 5820 North Federal Highway in Boca Raton, includes light refreshments and will help area residents and business leaders prepare for the 2009 Atlantic Hurricane Season which begins on June 1 and will continue through November 30th.
